What I have always done is used canned fruit (sometimes frozen), cake mix, stick of butter cut up on top. Now can I do the same, but add milk to the cake mix add baking powder and have the same results?

Use Kitchen Bouquet and/or brown your meat before pressure cooking to give it a nice, more appealing color. Enhances the flavor too.
